Conducting an MSc dissertation project on applying Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning techniques to Large Language Models for NHS Referral to Treatment pathway validation. Developing reproducible healthcare NLP workflows for extracting and classifying RTT-relevant events from clinical letters and linked patient datasets, with a focus on event detection, date extraction, pathway validation, uncertainty assessment, model evaluation, and error analysis. The project also considers information governance, responsible AI, clinical relevance, and human-in-the-loop decision support, with planned outputs including a PEFT-based fine-tuning pipeline, an evaluation framework, and Databricks dashboards for visualising validation signals and model confidence.

Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs supporting internal university services and student-facing digital platforms. Implementing secure API patterns, integrating backend services, and optimising performance for frequently accessed endpoints.

Led outreach strategies, planned and executed hackathons, workshops, and tech talks. Delivered UI/UX design workshops and established a mentorship programme. Served as a Judge for a national-level UI/UX hackathon.
